Give the gift of beauty. To purchase a gift card, please click the link below and fill out the information on our e-gift website. Gift Cards also available in person at our front desk. Gift cards are available in any denomination and are only redeemable for services and/or products. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards must also be present at the time of purchase or service. Gift cards may not be used for gratuity.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure starting your service on time.
If cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, we do require a 24hr notice.

    Appointment Scheduling

    In order to assure the extensive variety of services and times, we highly recommend that you schedule all spa appointments approximately two weeks in advance. Children receiving services should be accompanied by an adult.

    Appointment Cancellation

    If you cannot maintain your appointment, a 24 hour change or cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged.

    Arriving for Your Appointment

    Please plan on arriving at the spa 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your treatment. This will allow ample time for you to check in.

    Arriving Late

    Arriving tardy will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of our treatment will be applied.

    What To Bring

    We will supply you with a locker room with amenities, including a plush European Day Spa robe. For the treatment you are welcomed to disrobe to your comfort level. During all treatments, all areas of the body will be completely covered except the area being treated.

    What To Leave At Home

    In order to ensure a serene environment for all our guests, we ask that you do not bring cell phones into the spa. We also recommend that you leave jewelry and valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    Health Considerations

    Please notify your therapist if you have allergies, physical disabilities, skin conditions, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns. Therapies involving heat are not recommended for pregnant women. However, moms-to-be are welcome to enjoy all other therapies.


    Gratuities are not included in the cost of our services. They are subject to personal discretion and should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services. Our spa concierge will be able to assist you with providing for your therapists but we do ask that they are in the form of cash or check. We are unable to charge gratuities.
