Remember this is your personal time. For the consideration for all our guests and to ensure the most relaxing experience, we appreciate all conversations be kept in a quiet tone behind spa doors. Cell phones and pagers should be turned off. If necessary please let the front desk know your needs so we can support you while giving everyone a quiet experience.
We welcome and recommend introducing treatments to your children starting at age seven. At this time, our facility does not accommodate small children when you are receiving treatments.
Gratuities are graciously accepted. For parties of four or more, an 18% gratuity will be added to the bill.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with a product within two weeks of purchase please bring in the product with your receipt so we may reevaluate your needs. We will gladly exchange your undamaged product for something that suits you better. Sorry, no cash refunds.

GIFT CARD POLICY
Our gift cards are redeemable at our location. They are available in any denomination and are redeemable for either services and/or products. Gift cards may be purchased in person, over the phone, and also online. Wellness cards cannot be used to purchase Gift cards.
There is a $3.50 shipping and processing charge on all gift certificates ordered online.
A pampering treat awaits someone you love. Give the luxurious gift of well-being to the people that are special to you. Many people don’t treat themselves, so it’s a wonderful pampering gift for any time of the year!
Our beautiful Gift Cards are available in any denomination and are redeemable for spa, hair services and product. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards do not expire unless specfically stated at the time of purchase. Gift Cards may be purchased in person, over the phone, or online.
Gift Certificates that have been donated for charitable auctions can be redeemed for service Sunday through Thursday only.
Spa appointments are preferred, though not always necessary. We recommend that you always reschedule your next spa experience before leaving, in order to guarantee the availability of your favorite services and times in the future. For your convenience, appointment requests are available on our website.
Arriving for your appointment:
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check-in, change into your spa attire and begin your spa experience on time. If this is your first visit with us, please allow time to fill out your personalized consultation chart.
In order to accommodate everyone fairly, it is essential to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation for a single service and 48 hours notice of cancellations for multiple services or packages. We request that all services be held with a credit card. We only accept credit cards to hold appointments we no longer allow gift card numbers to hold appointments. No shows and late cancellations will be charged in full. If the service time can be filled, you will not be charged. Spa At Falling Waters therapists and technicians thank you for understanding.
